In the works!I am also preparing for a number of exhibitions in the second half of 2025. Aha Moments! centres around the experiences of a group of artists who, for the past three years, have been meeting at my studio to talk about all things art and art making! Making connections and participating in deep discussions about art with other artists has been one of the joys of Art Lab. During the exhibition we will be sharing our work, our experiences, the concept of Art Lab through artist talks and open Art Lab sessions. Coinciding with this exhibition is Home—a group exhibition with four artists from the Moreton Bay region to be held at the Old Fire Station Gallery in Redcliffe. More about this one soon! Last but not least, I have was suprised and delighted to be invited to participate in Fresh Eyes 2025 at the Redcliffe Art Gallery. This exhibition is held every two years, focussing on the evolving landscape of the Moreton Bay Region. I am in the early stages of gathering information, ideas and making source material. It is exciting and challenging and a huge learning experience. Let’s see what happens!
